The challenge
Bridgeview Soccer Academy coaches children aged two to fourteen in Brooklyn year-round — group classes, academy teams, school-break day programs and a summer camp. Parents came to the site to sign their child up.
But the schedule was one large grid of days against times, with ages buried inside the cells, which parents had to scan themselves and scroll sideways on a phone. The academy's own staff could not change it without a developer, waivers were handled by hand, and nobody could see how many enquiries the site produced.
The goal was to make it effortless for a parent to find the right group and book — and to hand the academy a site its team can run day to day without calling us.
What we built
- A group-finder. The grid was replaced by a two-question wizard — the child's age and preferred days — which returns up to three matching groups and a single tap to book an evaluation.
- A schedule the staff run. The timetable now lives in a spreadsheet the academy edits itself; the site reads it live and updates within minutes, with no developer and no deploy, and falls back safely if the source is unreachable.
- Automated waivers. A form on the site replaces the manual paperwork.
- Lead analytics, so the academy can finally see what the site produces.
- A monitoring bot that watches the site without anybody maintaining it.
The result
A parent answers two questions instead of reading a timetable sideways on a phone. The academy changes its own schedule. The paperwork and the reporting look after themselves.
