Service 02 · CRM & AI automation

A CRM your team actually uses, with AI that ships to production.

Pipeline design, migration and integrations — then the LLM features that sit on top of the data you just cleaned up. Eval pipelines, fallback, cost monitoring, prompt versioning: the boring stuff that keeps both halves working.

What's included

What the service consists of.

01

A pipeline that matches how you sell

Stages read off your real deal flow, not a template. Required fields a rep will actually fill, automations that fire on the moves your team already makes.

02

Migration without losing history

Contacts, deals, activity, attachments and call logs arrive with their original timestamps. Dedup rules agreed up front, dry run on a sandbox before cutover.

03

Integrations that close the loop

Telephony, email, billing, support and your product database wired both ways — so nobody keeps a shadow spreadsheet 'just for now'.

04

LLM features wired to real workflows

Not a chat widget bolted on. Lead scoring, call summaries, ticket triage, agent assist — embedded in the CRM screens your team already lives in.

05

RAG that actually retrieves

Hybrid search, chunking strategies tuned to your content, eval datasets. We don't hand-wave 'pgvector' as the answer.

06

Cost & quality monitoring

Track per-feature spend, response quality (LLM-as-judge + human review), drift over time. Switch models without breaking prod.

How we work

Five steps.

  1. 01

    Audit

We sit with sales, CS and ops, read the pipeline data you already have, and pick both the CRM shape and the 2–3 highest-ROI AI candidates. Not what's fashionable, what moves a metric.

  2. 02

    Design & proof

Two weeks: stages, fields and permissions agreed on paper; smallest end-to-end AI slice running in staging against your real data.

  3. 03

    Build & migrate

CRM configured, data migrated after a sandbox dry run, integrations wired. AI features productionised with eval, observability and cost caps.

  4. 04

    Rollout

One team first, then everyone. Training before access, always with an off switch.

  5. 05

    Maintenance

Monthly review: pipeline hygiene, adoption numbers, new model releases and price drops. Cost tuning included.

FAQ

What people usually ask.

HubSpot and Salesforce most often, Pipedrive or Attio for smaller teams, Bitrix24 where it's already in place. If you don't have one yet we'll pick based on deal volume and how much custom logic you need — we take no referral fees from any vendor.

Usually yes, and it's the cheaper path. We start with a read-only integration so nothing in your pipeline is at risk, then move to write access once the outputs hold up.

Full export kept as a restore point, dry run on a sandbox, dedup rules signed off before anything moves. Cutover is scheduled outside your selling hours.

Both. Default to OpenAI/Anthropic for prototyping (faster, no infra overhead), evaluate open-source (Llama, Qwen, Mistral) when scale or privacy requires it. Most production systems we ship are hybrid.

Per-feature spend caps, per-user rate limits, automatic fallback to cheaper models on quota breach. Cost regressions tracked weekly.
